Dr. Simra Anwar is an optometrist at Sweeney Eye Associates’ Richardson and Sunnyvale locations. She earned a biology degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Doctor of Optometry from the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Anwar completed advanced externships at the Byers Eye Institute at Stanford University and UCSF Health, gaining experience in ocular disease, diagnostic care, and surgical co-management. She is a licensed therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist with expertise in comprehensive eye exams, ocular condition management, vision therapy, and myopia control.
